Your account is locked if you entered the wrong password more than five times, and serves as a security measure to protect your account from being misused. If this has happened to you, please Contact Us and we will unlock it for you.
Once we have unlocked it, try again with your username and personal password. If it still does not accept it, don't try more than five times, but click on the "forgot your password" link. This will then allow you to have a new password sent to your email address, with which you will then be able to access your account again.
Please make sure you copy and paste the new password to be sure it is correct, and sign in to your account to change it again to a personal password at a later stage.
